We are building a crowdsourced demand gauge for local restaurant entrepreneurs. We believe that customers with pent-up demand will pledge support to attract a particular type of restaurant to their neighborhood

NAME: RenterID

RenterID is focused on providing a credible and detailed renter history for landlords everywhere. Armed with this information, landlords can find quality tenants faster and more cheaply than currently available, providing a win-win scenario for both landlord and renter. (ryan is not the captain, just submitted the listing :)
